How to make Palak Bread Tikkis

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Bread Slices
  • 1 Bunch Palak
  • 1/4 th tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2- tsp Garam Masala
  • chopped raisins
  • 1/4 th tsp Aamchoor
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Coarsely ground chilies, cloves and coriander leaves.
  • Cut bread slices . Mix all the ingredients (except salt) together.
  • Mix together to form a dough. Squeeze to bring out the water from palak leaves. When mixture comes together add salt to the mixture and mix well.
  • Form a dough. Take a small portion of dough and shape into tikkis/kabab.
  • Heat Oil on Pan(Tawa). We will shallow fry tikkis. Arrange tikkis on tawa. Shallow fry each side for 2-3 mins.
  • Cook from other side for 2-3 mins. Remove from pan.
