- Sooji/Rava ......125g
- Gud/Jaggery .....150g
- Ghee .........125g
- Melon Seeds ......1 tbsp
- Cashewnuts .....5-6
- Milk .........250 ml
- Chop Cashewnuts into small pieces.
- Heat a pan and put 1-tbsp Ghee in it. As Ghee melts, add chopped cashewnuts and fry until it turns light brown in color. Remove from the pan
- Add all the remaining Ghee and allow it to melt. As ghee becomes hot, now add rava and roast until it turns brown in color (Approx 10-12 mins)
- Now, add chopped jaggery and mix well. Cook until gud/jaggery melts (Approx 3-4 mins)
- Add Milk and mix well.
- As you can see, rava absorbs all milk and starts coming together to form a perfect consistency.
- Add Melon seeds and fried cashewnuts and mix well.
