  • 2 Cups=50gms Puffed Rice
  • 1 Large=100gms Onion-finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized=80gms Tomato- finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized=80 gms Potato- boiled and chopped
  • Coriander-Mint Green Chutney
  • Garlic-Chili Red Chutney
  • Date Tamarind- Sweet Chutney
  • Papdi and Puris
  • ½ cup Spicy orange Gathiya
  • ½ cup Plain yellow Gathiya
  • ½ cup fine Sev
  • ¼th cup Masala Peanuts
  • ¼th cup Fresh green coriander leaves-finely chopped
  • 1-tsp Chat Masala
  • ¼th tsp Black Salt
  • 1-tbsp Lemon Juice
  1. Roast Puffed rice in a a Large Pan. Clean it before roasting and rosat for 4-5 mins until it becomes slightly crisp but does not changes its color.
  2. In a large bowl, put puffed rice. Add chopped Onion and Tomatoes. Add diced boiled Potatoes and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Add Masala Peanuts, Spicy and plain gathiyas, fine sev. Add Chaat Masala, Black Salt.
  4. Crush Papdi and Puris with your palms and add it to Bhel.
  5. Finally, add 2-tbsp Green Chutney, 1-tbsp red chutney and 4-tbsp sweet tamarind chutney and mix well.
  6. Mumbai Bhel Puri is ready to be served now.
