- 2 cups of pulp of Alphonso Mango
- 1 cup full fat milk at room temperature
- Chopped nuts for garnishing that includes Almonds, Pistachio and Cashewnuts
- ½ cup mango cubes
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice-cream
- 1 scoop of Mango Ice-cream
- Add Milk, Mango Pulp and Vanilla Ice-cream to a blender jar and blend them nicely.
- Once blended, pour the content in a bowl and allow it to refrigerate for 15 mins.
- After 15 minutes, Mastani should be chilled enough and ready for serving.
- Add Mango cubes to the bottom of a serving glass. Now pour in Mastani till you have enough room to add a scoop of mango ice-cream.
- Now add scoop of Mango Ice-cream.
- Finally garnish this lovely Mango-Mastani with some chopped nuts.
- Enjoy this summer with Mango-Mastani.
