Mango Mastani

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of pulp of Alphonso Mango
  • 1 cup full fat milk at room temperature
  • Chopped nuts for garnishing that includes Almonds, Pistachio and Cashewnuts
  • ½ cup mango cubes
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice-cream
  • 1 scoop of Mango Ice-cream
Instructions
  1. Add Milk, Mango Pulp and Vanilla Ice-cream to a blender jar and blend them nicely.
  2. Once blended, pour the content in a bowl and allow it to refrigerate for 15 mins.
  3. After 15 minutes, Mastani should be chilled enough and ready for serving.
  4. Add Mango cubes to the bottom of a serving glass. Now pour in Mastani till you have enough room to add a scoop of mango ice-cream.
  5. Now add scoop of Mango Ice-cream.
  6. Finally garnish this lovely Mango-Mastani with some chopped nuts.
  7. Enjoy this summer with Mango-Mastani.
