Instructions
We will steam sprouted Matki in a pressure cooker. Transfer Matki to a pressure cooker. Add 1 Cup water, some Salt. Put pressure cooker on heat now
Put pressure cooker on high heat until pressure builds up. As pressure builds up, remove pressure cooker from the heat. Matki will get cooked in the pressure. Do not take whistles-as it will result into Matki's skin coming off. You may even use steamer for steaming Matki. Switch off the heat and allow pressure to come down completely
Steamed and cooked Matki is ready. Add chopped carrots, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped Cucumber, chopped Coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, Chaat Masala, Lime juice, Salt to taste and Pickle. You can add any Achaar in this recipe
Mix well. Matki Chaat can be served now. You can also refrigerate this Chaat before serving.
Add some Nylon Sev on top to make the Chaat crunchier. You can also serve it with Papdi or Mathri
