1 Large=100gms Boiled Potatoes-peeled and diced into cubes
¼th tsp Kashmiri red Chili powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
2 tbsp fresh Coriander Leaves- finely chopped
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt
Sev (optional) for added flavor and crunch
Instructions
To start with, we will boil Corn Kernels in a pressure cooker. Put Kernels in a pressure cooker. Add water (about ½ Cup). Add some Salt. Pressure cook on high heat for 1 whistle
Take pressure cooked Kernel in a large bowl. Add boiled Potatoes, chopped Tomatoes, chopped Onions. Add Lemon Juice, Chat Masala, Red Chili Powder, chopped Coriander Leaves.
Add Salt to taste. We have added some Salt while boiling Corn Kernels. So be watchful while adding Salt and mix well.
You can serve this Chaat now or you may refrigerate it for 15 mins and serve it cold.
