Subz Pulao is ready. Give it a standing time of 5 mins
Tip of the Day: Usually, we prefer aromatic Biryani rice which is expensive. Everyone cannot afford expensive high grade Basmati rice. You can also buy a medium grade Basmati rice and store it in an air-tight container. Add 5-6 cloves (for 1 kg rice) with this rice. Cloves will make this rice aromatic and your pulao will be flavorful
