2-3 tbsp Honey (depends upon sourness of Strawberry)
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
Instructions
Wash and clean strawberries. Now we will learn to remove green leaves from top. This is called "Hulling" the strawberry
Insert a straw at the bottom of strawberry and push it through. Remove the green leaves.
Cut into halves and put in a blender jar. Similarly hull all the strawberries and cut in halves. We have put all strawberries in a blender.
Now put Honey, Fresh Cream and Curd. Let's blend quickly.
Refrigerate until serving

Tip of the Day: How to store strawberries
a) Never wash strawberries before storing. Strawberry has a sponge like texture that will absorb water and can get spoilt
b) Transfer strawberries to a clean and dry container. Place a paper napkin at the bottom of container. This will absorb extra moisture. You can store strawberries in this partially closed container upto 5-7 days
