Peanut-Cabbage Relish - An Accompaniment for Tandoori Dishes

- 200 grams Cabbage (Patta Gobi). Clean, wash and mince. Drain the excess water.
- 6 tbsp. roasted Peanuts (approx. 60 grams)
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Green Chilies-minced
- 1 tbsp. Coriander Leaves-minced
- ¼th tsp. Chat Masala
- ½ tsp. Black Salt
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- ½ tsp. Salt
- Coarsely ground the roasted Peanuts. You can even use a grinder, but ensure you do not grind it too fine.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a large bowl, put peanuts, Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Black Salt, Sugar, Chat Masala, Lemon Juice and Salt. Mix well.
- Add Cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate until serving
- Peanut Cabbage relish can be served as an accompaniment with Tandoori dishes
