Peanut-Cabbage Relish - An Accompaniment for Tandoori Dishes

Ingredients
  • 200 grams Cabbage (Patta Gobi). Clean, wash and mince. Drain the excess water.
  • 6 tbsp. roasted Peanuts (approx. 60 grams)
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Green Chilies-minced
  • 1 tbsp. Coriander Leaves-minced
  • ¼th tsp. Chat Masala
  • ½ tsp. Black Salt
  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Salt
Instructions
  1. Coarsely ground the roasted Peanuts. You can even use a grinder, but ensure you do not grind it too fine.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, put peanuts, Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Black Salt, Sugar, Chat Masala, Lemon Juice and Salt. Mix well.
  4. Add Cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate until serving
  5. Peanut Cabbage relish can be served as an accompaniment with Tandoori dishes
