Fry Chana Dal and Urad Dal until it turns brown. Fry all the spices one by one until it releases aroma (Peppercorns, Cloves, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon Sticks, Fenugreek Seeds, Asafoetida Powder, Poppy Seeds)
Roast dry coconut until it turns brown. Roast Chilies
Allow the roasted spices to cool down before grinding. Grind into fine powder (do not use water).
We have made approx. 90 grams of Bisi Bele Bath Masala Powder. It can be stored in an air tight container.
