Chocolate Walnut Ice-Cream

- 500 grams whipping cream
- 250 grams condensed milk
- ½ cup walnuts. Toast the walnuts and then ground them into fine powder.
- 250 grams dark chocolate bar (cut into cubes).Melt the chocolate cubes using double boiler method.
- Put whipping cream into a large bowl and add condensed milk to it.
- Whip at medium speed for couple of minutes and mix the ingredients.Now add melted chocolate, walnut powder.Mix the ingredients for couple of minutes.
- The Ice-Cream mixture is ready to be refrigerated.
- Ice-cream can be refrigerated in an air tight container.Ensure there are no traces of moisture in container to prevent formation of ice particles.
- Pour the mixture in the container.Level the mixture.Cover the container tightly.Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Tip: Temperature of deep freezer must be set to max for faster cooling.
- Ensure that you have defrosted before freezing the ice-cream.
- The container must be in direct contact of the bottom of freezer for efficient cooling.
- Never keep the ice-cream container on top of ice-cream trays or any other container.
- Ice-cream must be allowed to set for 8 hours at minimum or preferably overnight.
