Enjoy this refreshing drink on Holi
Ingredients
  • 400 grams curd
  • 3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 4 tbsp fresh cream
  • 80 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 and ½ tbsp rose water
  • few edible dried rose petals for garnishing
  • 5-6 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put curd in a blender jar.Add sugar,fresh cream, add rose syrup, rose water.
  2. Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend for 30 more seconds.
  4. Pour lassi in a glass.
  5. Garnish with dried rose petals.Rose flavored Lassi is ready.
