Ingredients
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro/coriander leaves
  • 280 grams hung curd.
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 4 green chilies (moderately spicy)
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • ¼th tsp roasted cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • pinch of black salt
Instructions
  1. In a grinder jar put mint leaves,Coriander leaves, garlic,Green Chilies, Onions.
  2. Grind these ingredients into a fine paste.
  3. Whisk the hung curd in a large bowl.
  4. Now add green chutney to whisked curd. Add roasted cumin seeds, black salt,Cooking Oil,salt.
  5. Mix all the ingredients evenly.
